A Woman Should Also Be Allowed To Court Her Man
In the Bible, women should not be above men in all respects. The Book of Genesis would tell us that Adam was created first, and then, Eve. So, by that account we could infer that a woman is indeed inferior to man. She is under obligation to submit her total being to her man. Some centuries ago, women were even deprived of the right to exercise suffrage. They cannot deliberate on important points because they are looked at to be destitute of the know-how considered to belong only exclusively to men. Even in the household women have no right to intervene with the decision of men as heads of the family. Some husbands even disallow their wives to raise a point. The only services left for them are rearing the children, cooking, cleaning, and most of all lying beside him on bed.
However, time has changed! Over the centuries, women woke up, went to the streets rallying, marching to air their sentiments. They demanded equal rights and equal protection just like everybody else. They stood up and showed to the world that they are at par with any one in every field. They can do everything which men can. As a result, gender discrimination became a thing of the past. History taught us how women created a niche in various domains—Margaret Thatcher, Corazon Aquino, Indira Gandhi, are just a few names to reckon in the field of governance. In the world of sports, in private enterprises, in every arena, we can see women doing great services.
Unfortunately, however, they have no right to court their love interests. Why? What seems to be the philosophy behind this unpopular policy? If a man can approach every woman and tell her of his intention to marry her, why not give the same right to a woman? Why is it illegal for a woman to say to a man, “I love you and I want you to be my husband”? What is wrong with that? If we give women the privilege to legislate, to govern, to keep the household, why can’t we give them also the same privilege to empty their hearts out? Is it not devastating for a woman to let pass a man whom she loves just because she has no right to say “I love you, Joe.” If a man does not love a woman courting him, he can always reject her, why not?
Our world of today is no longer dominated by males. The male population could no longer claim exclusivity practically on everything. If before we could only see basketball games being played by men, it’s no longer true now. Same thing is happening in the world of Boxing. In public conveyances, have we seen vehicles driven by ladies before? Today, even taxicabs ply the streets with ladies behind the wheels. I personally believe that women are superior than men because what every man can do, a woman can. But, mind you, speaking of exclusivity, women prevail over men when we speak of exclusive right in its real essence—only women have uterus.
I think it is high time that legislators all over the world should meditate on this matter. A law should be passed giving women equal right in courtship. If we will not do something to correct this wrong attitude, we will be doing another wrong according to Confucius who said that, “He who committed a mistake but did not correct it, makes another mistake.”
The effect of this stupefying culture that we have where only men have the sole right to court, the population of unmarried women will balloon. It is a known fact that when a woman’s age is already out of the calendar, she becomes an eligible candidate to the spinster’s gallery. Can’t our lawmakers sympathize with them? Can’t they bail them out of the lamentations and sighs of being lonesome? We should give them the chance to pay their love interests a visit, to offer them red roses, to lay their cards down, and to live happily ever after.

If you have a licence – look on the back of it, it tells you the categories…….if not then I think your only option is a tractor!!
