Whats funner than riding a bicycle? Designing a bicycle. Here are 3 free sites where you can design your own bicycle.
1. Pedal ID
PedalID Is a drag and drop bike designer. You can drag and drop to design your a bike. The bicycle you can design may be a traditional looking road bike, a mountain bike, a carbon fiber full suspension bike, or even design a BMX bike. Your final design probably won’t be a usable design for an actual bicycle but you can print the screen and share it with your friends.

2. BikeForest
BikeForest offers a free on line based CAD program for bicycle design. It also lists bike shops that will make the custom frame that you design. The BikeForest bicycle design software is very powerful. More importantly, it’s fun. You can change practically anything on the bicycle you design.
On my design I made a bicycle designed for commuting. 29 inch wheels and a dual crown non-suspension fork with black crowns. If you look at the side you can see I added the name “Bukisa” to the bike.
If you are looking to design a bicycle plan that can be made in real life then BikeForest is the bicycle design software you will want to use.

3. Republic Bike
Republic Bike allows you to pick various colors on your bicycle design and see what it will look like. After you pick your frame size and colors you can order your bicycle for 4.00. The only thing you can choose to design are basically just the colors and the frame size. You can also choose a singlespeed or a 3 speeder.
Bicycle design is fun with these sites even if you never plan to actually have your design built. But I bet after spending some time designing the perfect bike you will soon want to ride it in real life.

Allow Wheels question by CSH: What Tool Do I Need To Tighten The Lug Nuts On The Custom Wheels of My 1996 Dodge Avenger ES?
The wheels are custom and I wanted to know if there is a special kind of lug nut wrench that would allow me to tighten the lug nuts on the wheel?

if they are locking lug nuts u will need the key that is specific to the lug nuts…which means u will need to know what brand they are and the 3 or 4 digit code that came with them and then call the company that makes them and pay for a replacement…..
now if they are a universal star nut or standard and u just cannot use ur stock lug wrench u will need to buy the socket for them….some parts stores will have them and some tire shops or u can order them online…..
