Lower "I/O" turns Cruise Control On and Off (green icon on the visor). Middle button marks the current speed as the cruise speed. "-" and "+" buttons increase and decrease the cruise speed (around ~2KM per click). Long press on "-" and "+" allows to quickly increase or decrease the speed (around ~2KM per second), while returning back to the initial speed when the key is released. Nice to do quick and temporary slow downs nearby the radars or "polizei" cars.

Ethically this is a big NO!!! Legally I think its a NO as well. You should have been forced to sign a contract for the wheels and tires and in it it will say that if you default on the payments they can take the property back. When the company you “bought” the wheels and tires from finds out that they aren’t going to get their money anymore they will come looking for their property. Secured debt like this, with the property as liability, shouldn’t be “wiped clean” just by declaring bankruptcy because custom tires and wheels are not a NEED they are a WANT and they do NOT affect your ability to live and survive! Secured debt like a house, however, is something you need.
