However, I find it interesting that all of these 18 wheelers and Department of Transportation construction trucks are driving aroud emmiting huge, black clouds of smog when the are moving around, yet you never hear about them regulating the emmissions from these type of vechiles. Does anybody know if the government is regulating these emissions? Do they really not make that great of an impact compared to all of the cars on this planet?
